2.3 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and duties for international orders. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3.3 International Orders

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are delivered by third-party carriers. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Swimwear must have hygiene liners intact
• Original packing slip or invoice must be included

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Used or damaged items

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our authorization and instructions
3. Ship items back using a trackable method

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
