International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tial Muse pieces as much as we do. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Refund Timeframe: 5-10 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Used or damaged items

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 3: Package Your Items

Note: Use a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

US Customers: Use the provided prepaid return label and drop off at any FedEx or DHL location.

International Customers: Follow provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Refund Information
